March 10th - Please note there is currently an error on the Calendar with weekly recurrent events not showing up on the right day - instead they show up one day ahead.   If you're unsure of the correct day for any event, please contact the webmaster.  We apologise for any inconvenience this problem may cause and are working hard to get it fixed.

The primary calendar in use is the one seen in the sidebar Menu. If you are a club leader or otherwise feel this facility would be advantageous to you, or if you feel an event isn't listed here that should be please notify the webmaster or Colin (using the Contact Us link on the Menu).   Due to restrictions in the calendar programming certain repetitive events can no longer be put in in advance, but have to be done fresh on a weekly basis, so please don't assume an event isn't on if you're expecting it to be, but it isn't listed.  Please always check with us before attending if you're unsure.

Calendar Use
If you've not noticed before, the calendar has a lot more ways of obtaining information than might seem obvious when you first look at it.   Aside from being able to click on the date in the mini-calendar to show events for that date, in the larger calendar (in the right pane) you can then have the calendar presented by any of the various views provided e.g. Monthly, weekly, daily etc, but if perhaps you only knew that an event was Youth related, and you had no idea of when it was being held, rather than having to click through every day to find out, just click on the label shown underneath the calendar for Children and Youth to pull up a list of all related events past, present and future.   Alternatively you can also click on the Categories button at the top which will also show this information.   This also provides a short description of each category just in case you may be unsure which one a certain event might be held in.   Finally, if all else fails, use the Search facility and put in a name or title of the event you are trying to locate and see if that brings up the information.  And again, if you feel something is missing, please advise the webmaster.
