If you ever find yourself struggling with the busyness of life and the constant stresses of all that a day may bring, then it may be of value for you to just take time out to come before the Lord in peace and quiet - to seek His face on your own or ask others to pray for and with you.  If so, the newly established Quiet Hour may be of interest - every Friday lunchtime between 1 and 2 p.., you are invited to come along and enjoy a "break with the Lord!"
