North Eastern District Gathering.

The NorthEastern District Gathering will take place in Glengormley Methodist Church on Sunday, 18th October, from 2:30 to 7:00pm: This will take the place of our usual monthly District Prayer & Praise service.

This is a wonderful opportunity to gather as a district to worship, to pray, to learn together, and to be inspired as we consider our call as churches to serve God’s mission today. Everyone from across the district is welcome to attend.

Our theme will be "Jesus-Centred Leadership for the Church Today."  The keynote speaker will be Hannah Heather, who, along with her husband Adam, leads House Church in Newtownards. There will also be taster workshops looking at themes related to leadership in the local church, sharing your faith, developing pastoral teams, sharing ideas for local mission workshop, and the world church. These can be booked into on the day.

Refreshments will be available from 2.30pm, and the programme will begin at 3pm and finish by around 7pm. Please let Pam know by next Sunday if you plan to attend.
