OcNNI level 3 Training

New OcNNI level 3 Training Free Faith Based Youth Volunteering: Train the Trainer Programme. This course has been designed specifically to support Churches and faith based organisations in attracting, recruiting, retaining, and managing the volunteers who work with and lead children and young people. It provides participants with the information and resources they need to deliver the training to others across their organisation.

HIGHLIGHTS

Master the latest best practice in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, support, management, safeguarding, and succession planning to strengthen and promote your youth volunteering programmes.

Explore how aspects of faith and service can influence the volunteering experience, and learn how to use this understanding to promote volunteer wellbeing and longterm engagement.

Share and learn with peers from other faith-based organisations, and build a network of support to help you find faith-appropriate resources and information needed to rise to the challenges of modern youth volunteering.
